Manchester Congestion Charge

Well.....

A resounding NO! for Manchester congestion charge referendum.

It really surprised me how strongly the anti-charge opinion was/is. Despite voting in favour of the charge (we like the idea of saving the planet) i was more than a little upset at the way it was put forward by Manchester City Council. I almost didnt vote because i was so convinced that it was all rigged in favour of the council, how happy i am to be wrong, yet sad it got voted against.
